My Story

Five years ago, I was living and working in London, feeling more disconnected from myself every day. A breakup pushed me into an emotional breakdown - but deep down, I knew it wasn’t just about the relationship. It was years of unprocessed grief, childhood pain, and a devastating loss I experienced at age 13 finally rising to the surface.My body eventually shut down. My nervous system was overwhelmed, my health declined, I felt detached from my family, and my self-worth was almost nonexistent. I had been living in survival mode for years, constantly keeping myself busy so I wouldn’t have to feel anything. Work, partying, and excessive exercise became my escape routes - ways to distract myself. I kept trying to “fix” what I thought was broken, using intensity and avoidance instead of care and compassion. I hated my body, and I didn’t know how to sit with my feelings.Hitting rock bottom became the beginning of my healing journey - and my spiritual awakening. Healing wasn’t glamorous. It came with highs and lows, tears and breakthroughs, and a new perspective that made the world feel unfamiliar. Old coping mechanisms stopped working, and I had to learn new ways to understand myself.Therapy was my starting point, but the journey grew much deeper. I learned to feel my emotions instead of running from them. I rebuilt my relationship with my body, leaned into faith, and discovered support in the universe. I reconnected with family, attracted meaningful friendships, and created daily practices that supported my peace and clarity. Slowly, I began to treat myself with compassion instead of criticism.During this time, I threw myself into health and fitness. At first, it was structure and purpose - something to hold onto. Over time, it taught me discipline, body awareness, and how closely physical and emotional wellbeing are connected. I explored yoga, nutrition, and learned to listen to the signals my body had been sending for years. I met people who mirrored the parts of me that needed healing, helping me grow in ways I didn’t expect. And with an integrated approach, for the first time I felt at home in my body.At first I questioned whether this was me slipping back into unhealthy patterns of distraction. But now I see that this path was necessary - it shaped my understanding, my purpose, and the work I do today.It has taken time, patience, and a lot of unlearning to build a healthier relationship with movement and food. I still have moments of struggle - but I’m in a much kinder place with myself, continuing to grow and choosing compassion every day. I’ve stopped people-pleasing, reclaimed my power, and aligned my life with who I truly am.What I’ve learned is simple: True transformation doesn’t start in the gym. It starts within. You can change your body, but without healing the relationship you have with yourself, the same inner struggles return.
Healing isn’t about becoming perfectly “healed.” It’s about returning to yourself - accepting the messy, imperfect parts, and freeing yourself from old stories. It’s remembering that everything you experience is guiding your evolution.
Many of us get so focused on healing that we forget to actually live. My intention is to help you heal while living - to bring helpful tools into real life, to honour your quieter seasons, and to recognise when it’s time to take gentle, courageous action.I share this part of my story so you know I understand. I’ve journeyed through difficult seasons and always found my way back to the light. My experiences - the struggles, the lessons, the softness I had to learn - is what guides the way I support you. I’m here as a compassionate, grounding presence: someone who listens without judgment and helps you see your own strength.Together, we’ll nurture the most confident, aligned, and authentic version of you. I want you to feel at home in yourself, speak your truth, honour your emotions, and live a life guided by your soul - not fear. When you reconnect with who you truly are, everything shifts.
